Hovione is recruiting a Qualification and Validation Specialist for its Cork site. The role defines and implements procedures to assure that facilities, equipment and supporting systems are fit for purpose and comply with applicable quality standards, assures cGMP compliance before, during and after validation and qualification activities, prepares validation master plans and qualification protocols, manages deviations, CAPAs and change controls, and participates in internal, external and health-authority audits. Requirements: a university or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar scientific field (mandatory), typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality and Qualification and Validation, preferably in an industry environment, strong knowledge of cGMP, ICH and ISO guidelines and risk assessment, and fluency in English.
