Duties stated in the posting: analyse processes, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards; manage the customer complaints and non-conformance system; and form part of the team responsible for running autonomous Air Separation Unit plants, which primarily distil ambient air into liquid oxygen and nitrogen. Requirements stated: a tertiary level of education in Engineering, a Maltese Inginier Warrant (or eligibility to obtain it), knowledge of quality-engineering principles and tools (e.g. Ishikawa diagram, control charts, SPC) and of thermodynamic gas laws. Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset; on-the-job training and a structured induction programme are provided.
