Manages the facility laboratory; tests and reports water discharged to the sewerage system (including WWTP output) and treated water for boilers; upkeep of laboratory instruments, plant boilers, the wastewater treatment plant and air treatment units; chemical analysis of waste (reactivity, composition, calorific value); on-site continuous emission monitoring. Requirements: MQF Level 6 degree in Chemistry, Biology & Chemistry, Chemistry with Materials, or Chemical Technology; experience in lab management, wastewater treatment plants, boiler water quality or emissions monitoring considered an asset.
