The role designs and optimises processes, practices, workflows and workstations using LEAN methodologies, designs and builds small jigs and semi-automated equipment, and oversees commissioning and handover of new production equipment. Requirements: minimum 3 years' experience in a LEAN production environment, an engineering background or experience building small automated equipment, CAD and ERP software skills, and excellent English reading and writing skills; experience with process simulations is an asset.
